RG&E to Provide Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives at Rochester Hope Event Saturday

Customers can ask questions and get help with their bills at Service Festival event

ROCHESTER, NY — March 7, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) is working with Rochester Hope at its Service Festival event Saturday, March 9 at the Saint Michael Campus in Rochester. Every  Saturday, more than 50 agencies bring their services to communities and neighborhoods that need them the most. The event provides food and other vital supplies.

RG&E will have customer service representatives who speak Spanish answer billing questions and provide resources the Company offers to help customers manage monthly energy use and costs.
