RG&E to Hold Second Community Connection Event at Rochester Public Market

Part of the utility’s Public Market series one Saturday each month


Company continues bringing customer service directly to the community


Customer service reps will be available to address customer needs


ROCHESTER, NY — July 5, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will have a presence at the Rochester Public Market on Saturday, July 6. Community Connection events are designed to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for customers to have their account needs addressed. Customer service representatives will be available one Saturday of each month through September at the Rochester Public Market.

Customers will have the opportunity to connect directly with customer service representatives and advocates. The event will offer resources and services to benefit the community, and customers will have opportunities to ask questions. Last month, approximately 40 customers attended the Community Connection event and received help with various account needs.

The schedule for Saturday’s event is below: 

Saturday, July 6 
8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
Rochester Public Market located at 280 N. Union Street 

 

These events are part of RG&E’s continued efforts to connect with our customers. RG&E remains committed to the communities it serves. The Company will continue to have a direct presence in the community, working with local organizations to provide access to its programs and assistance for customers.
