RG&E to Connect with Customers at Goodwill of the Finger Lakes Event Wednesday

ROCHESTER, NY — February 15, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will collaborate with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes on Wednesday, February 21 at the Goodwill Learning Academy in Rochester. The event will offer resources  and services that will benefit the community. RG&E will have customer service representatives and advocates there to connect with customers to answer questions and address any concerns. The Company will also have energy efficiency kits available, along with information to help customers manage their energy use.

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes will have members of its community engagement team, along with 211/LIFE LINE, and Good Neighbor and Goodwill Learning Academy (GLA) Programs present.

RG&E remains committed to improving customer service. The Company will continue to host customer service connection events with local government and community organizations across the Rochester region, with more events scheduled this year.
