RG&E Offering More Opportunities to Connect with Customer Service Reps at In-person Event Wednesday

The Company will have a Spanish speaking translator there


RG&E working with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes to host future events


ROCHESTER, NY — March 19, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will collaborate with Goodwill of the Finger Lakes on Wednesday, March 20 at the Goodwill Learning Academy in Rochester to host a Community Connection event. The event will offer resources  and services to benefit the community. RG&E will have customer service representatives and advocates there to connect with customers to answer questions and address any concerns. A Spanish speaking translator will also be available to assist customers. The Company will also have energy efficiency kits available, along with information to help customers manage their energy use.

Goodwill of the Finger Lakes will have members of its community engagement team, along with 211/LIFE LINE, and Good Neighbor and Goodwill Learning Academy (GLA) Programs present.

RG&E remains committed to customer service. The Company will continue to host Community Connection events with community organizations across the Rochester region, with more events scheduled this year.
