RG&E Joins Forces with Other Utility Companies to Offer Services to Monroe County Residents

In-person event will offer wide range of services to residents


RG&E to have customer service representatives answer billing questions



ROCHESTER, NY — January 22, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) is announcing a joint utility event in which multiple companies will offer services to help residents in Monroe County. The event will take place Wednesday, January 24 at Monroe Community College, Downtown Campus. Other participating utility companies include Spectrum Cable and National Grid, with support from Monroe County Department of Human Services, Action for a Better Community, Catholic Charities Family Community Services, and Climate Solutions Accelerator. RG&E will have customer service representatives and advocates available to connect with customers and answer billing questions and provide updates on operations. Energy efficiency kits will also be available while supplies last.
