RG&E Joins Bivona Child Advocacy Center to Host Customer Service Fair

Event will provide food boxes and energy efficiency kits to customers

This marks RG&E’s sixth pop-up event this year; expanding its reach with community partners to offer customer support

ROCHESTER, NY — June 8 — On Saturday, June 10, Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will collaborate with Bivona Child Advocacy Center to host a customer service pop-up event. This is another opportunity to bring customer service into the neighborhoods we serve.

“We are expanding our outreach, bolstering relationships not only with organizations, but with the community,” said Patricia Nilsen, president and CEO of RG&E and NYSEG. “This is another opportunity to demonstrate our ongoing commitment to improved customer service.”

RG&E representatives will be on site to address customer concerns, answer billing questions, and provide information on assistance programs. Limited food boxes and energy efficiency kits will also be handed out. Registration is not required.

This is part of RG&E’s continued efforts to improve customer service. The Company will host customer service pop-up events in partnership with local government and community organizations across the Rochester region throughout the summer.
