RG&E Hosting Community Connection Events in April

Customer service representatives will be available Tuesday at the Monroe County Office Building


The Company is hosting other events throughout the community


ROCHESTER, NY — April 8, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will host several opportunities in April for customers to connect directly with customer service representatives at upcoming Community Connection events. The first event is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9 at the Monroe County Office Building in Rochester. The events will offer resources and services to benefit the community. RG&E will have customer service representatives and advocates available to connect with customers and address their billing needs.

The Company will also have energy efficiency kits available, while supplies last, and information to help customers manage their energy use.


RG&E remains committed to the communities it serves. The Company will continue to have a direct presence in the community, working with local organizations to provide access to its programs and assistance for customers.
