RG&E Hosting Community Connection Event Wednesday in Rochester
Utility to engage customers as part of ongoing efforts to improve customer experience
Customer service reps available to help customers with their bills and answer questions
ROCHESTER, NY — February 12, 2025 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) is hosting a Community Connection Event on Wednesday, February 12 to answer customer billing questions as part of the Company’s continued efforts to improve the overall customer service experience. The event will take place at Rochester City Hall.
RG&E will have its mobile command unit with customer service representatives available to answer billing questions and offer assistance with customer accounts. Additionally, information on energy efficiency programs will be available. The Company will hand out energy efficiency kits and other materials to help customers manage their monthly energy costs.
