RG&E Holding Customer Community Connection Events in Rochester in May

Events offer in-person support with customer service representatives


Customers can get help with their billing needs and find resources to help manage energy use


ROCHESTER, NY — May 9, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will hold Customer Community Connection events in the Rochester area in the month of May. The first event is scheduled for Saturday, May 11 at St. Michael’s Church for the Rochester Hope event. A second event is scheduled at the Community Action Month Celebration and Community Resource event on May 18, featuring free food, live performances and games.

These events offer customers more opportunities to connect directly with customer service representatives. They will also offer resources and services to benefit the community. Customers will have opportunities to ask questions and address their billing needs. The Company will also have energy efficiency kits available, while supplies last, and information to help customers manage their energy use.
