RG&E Customer Service to Offer Assistance at 10th Annual Winter Wonderland Event Saturday

Customer service reps and advocates will answer billing questions, handout energy efficiency kits

Part of the Company’s commitment to customer service improvements

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — December 21, 2023 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) announced it will support the 10th Annual Winter Wonderland event hosted by Roc Royal Inc. Saturday, December 23. The event will take place at Mercantile on Main in Rochester. The event helps families in need in the community. Each child will receive a gift and a photo with Santa.


RG&E customer service representatives and advocates will also be at the event to offer billing assistance to customers and answer questions. The Company will also hand out energy efficiency kits and lightbulbs while supplies last.
