RG&E Customer Service Team Available at Rochester Public Market Saturday

Part of the Company’s presence at the Public Market on Saturdays throughout the summer


Customer service representatives have helped dozens of customers with their account needs since series started


ROCHESTER, NY — August 9, 2024 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will have a presence at the Rochester Public Market on Saturday, August 10. Community Connection events are designed to provide a ‘one stop shop’ for customers to have their account needs addressed. Customer service representatives will be available one Saturday of each month through September at the Rochester Public Market.

Customers will have the opportunity to connect directly with customer service representatives and advocates. The event will offer resources and services to benefit the community, and customers will have opportunities to ask questions. Customer service representatives have assisted dozens of customers at Community Connection events at the Rochester Public Market since the series started in June. 


The schedule for Saturday’s event is below: 

 

Saturday, August 10
8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Rochester Public Market located at 280 N. Union Street

 

These events are part of RG&E’s continued efforts to connect with our customers. RG&E remains committed to the communities it serves. The Company will continue to have a direct presence in the community, working with local organizations to provide access to its programs and assistance for customers.
