RG&E Bringing Customer Programs and Support to Midday Bash at Parcel 5 Wednesday

Company’s “Summer Series” continues bringing customer service directly to the community
 

Energy efficiency kits will be provided to customers

 

ROCHESTER, NY — July 11, 2023 — Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) continues to bring customer service to the community. On Wednesday, July 12, the utility will be at Parcel 5 in Rochester for the city’s Midday Bash.  RG&E will have customer service advocates on site.  They will support customers by addressing needs and providing information on assistance programs. Limited energy efficiency kits will also be handed out. 

Please note, specific customer service inquiries can be handled at our office located nearby at 180 S. Clinton Ave.

The schedule for Wednesday’s event is below: 

Wednesday, July 12
11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Parcel 5, 285 E. Main St., Rochester

 

The Company will host customer service events with local government and community organizations across the Rochester region throughout the summer.
