Applying Online

Distributed Generation Project Status	Required Forms
1. If your site requires new or upgraded electric service.	Application for electric service
2. If you are installing a system that will generate 5 mw or less.	Pre-application, application and review status for distributed generation projects. Login to online portal.
3. Ensure your application is accompanied by the following information .	Pre-applications or applications more than 50 kw in size, payment of a non-refundable $750 application fee.
4. New York State Standardized Acknowledgment of Property Owner Consent Form	Owner consent form
