Qualifications
- Be a current customer
- Reside in a single-family home (townhouses with individual meters and mobile homes included), and 1-4 unit residences
- Heat your home with natural gas
- Use a delivered fuel (oil, propane, wood, kerosene, etc.) for heat
- Use a heat pump for heating and cooling
*New construction projects will be referred to the New Construction program
How to Participate
Find a Contractor
- We are building a list of certified contractors. Please see below.
- If you prefer to work with a contractor of your choice, they can apply in our contractor portal.
Schedule a home assessment
- Your contractor will schedule and conduct a home assessment.
- During this assessment, your contractor may conduct a blower-door test and review and identify problem areas in your attic, floors, basement, and crawl spaces.
- Based on the results of the assessment, your contractor will recommend insulation and air sealing upgrades that will provide you with the comfort and energy efficiency you are looking for. They will also provide you with an estimate for the cost of the upgrades.
Install Upgrades
Your contractor will perform the proposed insulation and air sealing upgrades and your home will start benefiting immediately.
Receive Instant Rebates
Your rebate is instant and automatically subtracted from the total cost of the work.
You can save up to an additional $2,000 on taxes for qualifying insulation projects.
