How to Participate

  • Step 1: Equipment and duct sealing must be new and installed no earlier than July 1, 2009 to be eligible for rebate.
    Refer to the Equipment and Duct Sealing Rebate List for qualifying equipment and duct sealing requirements.
  • Step 2: Once your eligible equipment and duct sealing has been installed, complete, sign and mail the rebate application form on pages 4 and 5 (it must be postmarked within 60 days of installation). Be sure to read the Terms and Conditions.
    Note: Duct Sealing Rebate applicants need to fill out the Natural Gas Warm Air Furnace section of the application in addition to the Duct Sealing section, as duct sealing is not eligible for a rebate without an accompanying qualifying furnace installation.
  • Step 3: Include a paid invoice(s)/receipt(s) indicating:
    • Retailer/Contractor name, business address and phone.
    • Equipment type; manufacturer and model number of each piece of equipment.
    • Total installed cost of each piece of equipment.
    • Installation date and service address.

        DUCT SEALING APPLICANTS ALSO NEED TO INCLUDE:

    • Date of duct pressurization test and duct sealing measure installation.
    • Type of materials used for sealing.
    • Pretest and post test pressure and leakage rates (See the Terms and Conditions for more information specific to
      duct sealing.
  • Step 4: Please keep a copy of all submitted documents for your records.
  • Step 5: Mail the completed form along with a copy of dated receipt(s)/proof(s) of purchase to:

    If your rebate application is complete and you meet all program requirements, a rebate check will be mailed within 4 to 6 weeks.
    If your application is selected for verification (see Terms and Conditions, number 5), rebate processing may take additional time.
